AI updates
- Calendar AI starts rolling out to recommend and create the right type of calendar from a description of the use case.
- The flow lets you add team members, set availability and location, preview the calendar and book a test appointment. HighLevel also previews diagnosis of unavailable time slots as the next capability. Source: HighLevel changelog
Product updates
-
SaaS Mode customers can now switch between monthly and annual billing at the same time as they upgrade or downgrade their plan.
-
Proration is not available yet for these changes, so agencies should review how they present and handle cycle and plan modifications. Source: HighLevel changelog
-
Calendar Payments now separates capturing a saved card from bookings where no payment is required, through a specific option to save the card without charging during booking.
-
When the final amount is $0, including a 100% coupon, the system skips card capture and the transaction. Agencies with paid calendars should review setups that used to rely on a $0 amount to save cards. Source: HighLevel changelog
-
Ad Manager stops offering Instagram Explore as a selectable placement because of the Meta Marketing API v26 change.
-
Published campaigns stay active, drafts drop that placement when saved and delivery moves to other eligible placements, with no manual action required. Source: HighLevel changelog
What to do today
- Test Calendar AI in a sub-account and validate the recommended calendar, availability, location and test appointment before adding it to your setup process.
- Audit calendars that use $0 amounts to save cards and move them to the new specific saved-card option.
- Review plan changes in SaaS Mode before offering simultaneous frequency changes, especially since proration does not exist yet.
- Confirm that internal Ad Manager templates or procedures no longer list Instagram Explore as an available placement.
