Badges can now be automated from Workflows in HighLevel

HighLevel added the Issue Badge action in Workflows, which automatically issues a selected badge when the configured conditions are met.
It also added the Badge Issued trigger, which can start a workflow when a badge is delivered and run follow-up actions such as sending messages or emails, updating a contact or starting another automation. Source: HighLevel changelog
What to do today
Review the workflows tied to courses, communities or recognitions where manual badge issuing could be replaced by Issue Badge.
Validate in a test sub-account that Badge Issued starts only the intended follow-up actions before adding it to active automations. Source: HighLevel changelog
