Workflow Builder adds a sender domain selector inside the workflow settings. Each workflow can use a different verified dedicated domain, instead of necessarily sharing the same sending domain with other workflows.
Details set inside an individual email action take priority over the general workflow setup. If you enter a full address with a different domain, HighLevel shows a domain mismatch warning.
This lets you separate sending reputation between operational communications and promotional campaigns within the same sub-account. Source: HighLevel changelog.
Errors and status notices
HighLevel keeps the WhatsApp AI template generator degraded while it completes maintenance related to changes in the AI infrastructure and validates a fix before deploying it.
An incident also continues affecting some Optimum ISP customers, where incorrect DNS resolution can stop data from loading even though the HighLevel interface does open. Source: HighLevel status page.
What to do today
Review workflows that mix transactional and promotional emails, and assign different dedicated domains where you need to protect sending reputation.
Verify that individual email actions are not accidentally overriding the domain set at the workflow level.
If a client uses Optimum ISP and HighLevel loads the interface but not the data, check DNS resolution before blaming the CRM.
