Toll-Free verification now requires a Privacy Policy URL and a Terms and Conditions URL in step 3 of the form. Both fields are required before submitting a new request. Source: HighLevel changelog
Starting September 15, 2026, carriers will reject new Toll-Free verifications that do not include both links. Existing verifications are outside this change and need no update or new verification. Source: HighLevel changelog
