GHL Updates

SEO and Meta Pixel: key HighLevel updates

October 12, 2026

AI updates

  • October 12: HighLevel adds a structured data management panel for websites and funnels, in the SEO and AEO tab. It lets you review page status and generate structured data with AI, one page at a time or in bulk. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • Generated changes stay pending until you save and publish them. Generating structured data on a page that already has it replaces its previous setup, so agencies should review it before publishing. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • October 9: AI Studio Cloud adds a built-in infrastructure with a database, user authentication and file storage for compatible apps. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • Apps must use TanStack Start. Existing React projects need to migrate to SSR before turning on Cloud; data is not copied automatically when you share or duplicate a project. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • October 8: AI Studio lets you sell products and accept payments with HighLevel's native system, including subscriptions and post-purchase offers. It is available only for TanStack Start apps. Source: HighLevel changelog.

Product updates

  • October 12: Meta Pixel changes when InitiateCheckout fires to measure the real start of the checkout process. AddPaymentInfo includes more order and customer data when available. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • Agencies should expect InitiateCheckout to log more events after the change, which does not necessarily mean more sales. The consent setup and deduplication with Conversions API stay unchanged. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • October 12: HighLevel publishes new templates for sites, funnels, email, ads and social media, plus a new setup template for accounting. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • October 10: The new custom field types are now supported in setup templates and the public API. Agencies can replicate setups across sub-accounts and integrate these fields through code. Source: HighLevel changelog.

Compliance and phone

  • October 12: HighLevel cancels the voice rate changes that were planned for October 13, 2026. The affected rates will stay unchanged. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • Agencies do not need to adjust their calculations for that announced increase, since the provider confirmed its cancellation. Source: HighLevel changelog.

What to do today

  • Review the new SEO and AEO tab on the sites and funnels you manage; verify the structured data before saving and publishing it. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • Review historical InitiateCheckout comparisons and automatic ad rules after the Meta Pixel measurement change. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • Keep unchanged any budgets based on the voice rates affected by the canceled October 13 announcement. Source: HighLevel changelog.
  • Before turning on payments or storage in AI Studio, check that the project is compatible with TanStack Start. Source: HighLevel changelog.
