Turn this conversation into memory and a system
by Ramon Sosa ✓
Summary
Separates lasting facts, temporary context and repeatable processes to turn a useful conversation into memory, an SOP, a template or a skill.
The prompt
Analyze this conversation and split what was learned into four categories: 1. Lasting memory: stable facts about me, my business, my preferences, goals and constraints. 2. Temporary context: information that is useful now but could become outdated. 3. Reusable process: steps, decisions, checks and criteria that could become a template, SOP, skill or prompt. 4. Sensitive or unnecessary information: data that should not be saved. Then deliver: - a short proposal for lasting memory, - the reusable process in step-by-step format, - a master prompt ready to copy, - the variable fields that will need to be filled in each time, - quality and verification criteria, - a recommendation on where to store it. Do not save, and do not claim you saved, anything without my authorization or without a real tool that confirms it. Do not turn temporary information into permanent memory.
How to use
When to use it: Use it at the end of a valuable conversation, after creating a process, defining preferences, solving a repeatable problem or finding a structure that works. Why it works: It separates memory from temporary context, protects sensitive data and requires real confirmation before declaring that something was saved.
