i-have-adhd (direct agent answers)

It changes how the agent answers you, not what it does: action first, numbered steps, no "I hope this helps" at the end. It works for anyone who spends hours in Claude Code or Codex and loses time hunting for the answer inside three paragraphs of context; no diagnosis needed. It is one of the few popular skills with Spanish documentation, which makes it easy to hand to a team. You install it by pasting the README's instruction to the agent. If you already use another output-style skill, don't combine them: they step on each other.
