What HighLevel says
HighLevel's reputation module connects 52 review platforms, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Zillow, Glassdoor and OpenTable. That is what its official changelog announces (we checked again on October 2, 2026). Realtor.com and Rate My Agent do not appear in that list.
What HighLevel does not publish is a table of what you can do on each platform. Its support portal documents automatic replies with Reviews AI (Suggested and Autopilot modes) for Google and Facebook, and does not document it for the rest.
The table you can actually use
| Platform | Connect and see reviews | Auto-reply (Reviews AI) |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | Yes | Documented |
| Yes | Documented | |
| Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot and others on the list | Yes | Not documented: test it before promising it |
| Zillow | Yes, with a delay | Not documented: test it before promising it |
| Realtor.com and Rate My Agent | No native integration on the official list | No |
The Zillow detail
In our experience, new Zillow reviews take about 72 hours to show up in the dashboard. HighLevel does not publish the sync interval, so treat it as an observation and not a guarantee. Tell your real estate client before they find out on their own.
And Realtor.com and Rate My Agent
Neither is on the official list. HighLevel offers a Yext integration (more than 150 listing sites) for US accounts only, and it could cover them, but we have not verified it: before promising it, check Yext's publisher list.
How to tell the client
- Safe to promise: Google and Facebook reviews in one dashboard, with review requests by SMS or email and AI replies.
- Safe to promise with a caveat: Zillow and other platforms' reviews, visible in the same dashboard, with manual replies until you prove otherwise and with a sync delay.
- Not safe to promise without verifying: Realtor.com and Rate My Agent.
If the client is in real estate, start with Google, where the automation is documented, and sell Zillow as a centralized view.
