WhatsApp marketing leaves the Cloud API on October 13, 2027

What changed
Meta confirmed that WhatsApp marketing messages stop being delivered through the Cloud API on October 13, 2027. From that date every marketing send goes through the Marketing Messages API, which HighLevel already supports as MM Lite. Service and utility messages stay on the Cloud API unchanged.

Sub-accounts that send WhatsApp marketing, including those on the WhatsApp Business App with coexistence, which can also move without disruption.
What to do
Enable MM Lite on each sub-account, starting with the highest-volume ones, as HighLevel suggests. It is done under Settings, WhatsApp, with Enable MM Lite, and finishes in the WhatsApp account (Requests tab, Respond, Continue, then Finish on LeadConnector's access request).
