Summary

Bot that learns your voice from your own posts and leaves the week's drafts ready to review, without publishing anything on its own.

Content

The problem with posting consistently is not writing, it is starting. This bot leaves you the week's drafts already written in your voice, so your job is to correct and approve instead of staring at a blank screen. ## By the numbers - It learns from **20 of your posts** that you liked, not from your whole profile. The ones you liked define your voice; the rest dilute it. - It leaves the drafts in one place that you open, and **nothing gets published without your yes**. Zero exceptions. - It runs on **weekdays**, leaving the week's batch ready all at once. ## The prompt ``` Set up a new bot that drafts on weekdays. Guide me to connect my social accounts (Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn) and the place where I want the drafts (Notion, Google Docs or a sheet), let it learn my voice from my previous posts, and then configure it: 1. Write the next posts in the drafts location, for me to review. 2. Copy my RHYTHM, not just my topics: sentence length, how I open, how I close, whether I use questions, whether I use emoji and which ones. 3. Each draft comes with the caption and a note about what image or video it needs, so I know what to shoot. 4. Nothing gets published. Ever. You draft, I publish. Ask me for 20 of my posts that I am happy with, and which topics are off limits. The first 10 runs are supervised: you tell me what I corrected in each draft so you can adjust the voice. ``` ## What to change before using it - **The network.** The original points at X and LinkedIn. If your business lives on Instagram, change it: the rhythm of an Instagram post is not the rhythm of a tweet. - **The 20 posts.** You pick them. If you let it choose, it will take the ones with the most likes, and those are not always the ones that sound like you. - **The image note.** The original does not have it. It is what turns a draft into something you can publish today. ## Frequently asked questions **Why 20 posts and not all of them?** Because your full profile includes what you wrote in a hurry. Twenty that you like define the voice you want, not the one you have on average. **Can I let it publish on its own after a while?** Publishing in your name to an outside audience is one of the things that never graduates, no matter how many good drafts it has made. The cost of a bad post published on its own is higher than the minute it takes you to approve. **Does it work in Spanish and in English?** Yes, but give it the 20 posts in the language you are going to publish in. A voice learned in English and applied in Spanish sounds translated. ## Credit Adapted from [Voice Matched Drafts](https://botdirectory.ai/bots/voice-matched-drafts/) by `ericzakariasson`, from the [botdirectory.ai](https://botdirectory.ai) directory (MIT, Copyright 2026 Inbox Zero Inc.). Our version swaps X and LinkedIn for Instagram and Facebook (where the local business lives), adds the note on what image or video each draft needs, and defines the first 10 runs as supervised with explicit feedback on the corrections.
