When a new client signs, generate the complete onboarding with these deliverables.

## Context to ask for first

- Start date
- Goal for the first month

## Deliverables

### 1. 4-email sequence (for a GHL workflow)
- Day 0 - Welcome: confirms the purchase, sets expectations, links to the intake form.
- Day 1 - Intake: asks for access (domain, social accounts, logo, brand) with a clear checklist.
- Day 3 - Kickoff: books the kickoff call (calendar link) + the call agenda.
- Day 7 - First progress update: summarizes what was done, next steps, asks if they have any questions.
Each email: subject + short body (max 120 words) + 1 CTA.

### 2. Internal tasks (for the team)
List with owner and day:
- Create sub-account / load snapshot in GHL
- Connect domain and email
- Load brand (logo, colors, tone)
- Set up pipeline and calendar
- Prepare baseline report
