Deliver:
1. Trigger: the exact moment to ask (e.g. after a result or a 5-star review), and why then.
2. Ask message: short, warm, easy to forward (the customer should barely have to write anything).
3. Enabler: the ready-made text or link the customer just copies and sends to their contact.
4. One gentle reminder, with timing.
5. Thank-you message (reinforces the behavior).

Example ask:
"[NAME], I'm really glad about the result. Do you know anyone in [PROFILE] who could also use this? Here's a ready-made text you can forward, no strings attached."
